ד"ר טל דינגוט אלכופר (Ph.D)

אני דוקטור ליחסים בינלאומיים מהאוניברסיטה העברית. שנים רבות לימדתי בחוג ליחסים בינלאומיים באוניברסיטה העברית ובחמש שנים האחרונות מלמדת דיפלומטיה ציבורית במחלקה לפוליטיקה תקשורת במכללה האקדמית הדסה. המחקר שלי עסקה שנים רבות בסוגיות ביטחון הקשורות לאירופה, האיחוד האירופי וברית נאט"ו. בין השאר כתבתי על ההתערבות של נאט"ו בקוסובו ובלוב וכן אודות הרחבת נאטו למדינות חברות נוספות. נושא נוסף שבו מתמקדים רבים מהמארים שכתבתי נוגע למשבר הפליטים באירופה. המחקר בעיקר מנסה להבין תפיסות חברתיות באירופה לגבי פליטים ומהגרים וכיצד תפיסות חברתיות, הבניה חברתית של מהגרים כסוגיה ביטחונית בשיח הפוליטי תורם למדינות קשוחה יותר כלפי פליטים כולל שימוש באמצעים סמי צבאיים וצבאיים.
בשנים האחרונות מאז הצטרפותי לחוג לפוליטיקה ותקשורת והוראת הדיפלומטיה הציבורית פרסמתי בנושא דיפלומטיה ציבורית ואסטרטגיות תקשורתיות בהם משתמשים ארגונים בינלאומיים הומניטריים בזמן משברים הומניטריים כגון מלחמות, אסונות טבע ומשבר הפליטים על מנת לייצר לגיטימציה לפעולותיהם, למשוך תורמים ולחזק את נושא הסיוע ההומניטרי. המאמר האחרון שלי עוסק בדיפלומטיה הציבורית שמשתמשת בה ברית נאט"ו במהלך המלחמה באוקראינה מאז הפלישה הרוסית ב 2022. אני מרבה לנתח את היחסים הבינלאומיים, פרקטיקות ביטחוניות באירופה ודיפלומטיה ציבורית דרך משקפיים של פסיכולוגיה חברתית ופסיכולוגיה פוליטית ודרך המשקפיים של הגישה הסוציולוגית ביחסים הבינלאומיים (הגישה הקונסטרוקטיביסטית).
את המחקרים שלי אני מפרסמת בכתבי העת הטובים ביותר ביחסים בינלאומיים כגון European Security, Political Psychology ו Hague Journal of Diplomacy . ומרבה להשתתף ולהציגם בכנסים בחו"ל ובארץ בעיקר במסגרת הכנסים של העמותה הישראלית ללימודים בינלאומיים והאגודה לחקר האינטגרציה האירופית.
בחוג לפוליטיקה ותקשורת אני מלמדת קורסים בנושא דיפלומטיה, דיפלומטיה ציבורית וגם בנושא סוגיות שונות בביטחון אירופה (נאט"ו, האיחוד האירופי, הגירה, טרור פנימי באירופה). בשנה ב' בקורס מעבדה בתקשורת בינלאומית אני והסטודנטים בקבוצת המצטיינים לומדים סוגיות ביחסי החוץ של ישראל הרשמיים והציבוריים (דיפלומטיה ציבורית) מבעד לתקשורת הישראלית והבינלאומית ופוגשים אורחים מרצים ממשרד החוץ וארגונים בינלאומיים הבקיאים בסוגיות שונות הקשורות ליחסי החוץ של ישראל.
תחומי ההתמחותה של ד"ר דינגוט אלכופר לקוחים מתחום היחסים הבינלאומיים ובפרט ההשפעה של זהות חברתית על פוליטיקה ודיפלומטיה בינלאומית. במאמריה האחרונים ד"ר דינגוט מתמקדת במדיניות ההגירה כלפי פליטים באירופה. ד"ר דינגוט אלכופר פרסמה ספר תחת הכותרת: Fighting for Rights: From Holy Wars to Humanitarian Military Interventions. ומאמרים רבים בכתבי עת יוקרתיים בתחום היחסים הבינלאומיים כגון International Studies Quarterly, Journal of International Relations and Development, Millennium: Journal of International Relations, Cooperation and Conflict, European Security ו- Political Psychology.
בשנת 2014 זכתה ד"ר דינגוט אלכופר יחד עם ד"ר אסתר לופטין במענק מחקר מטעם הקרן הלאומית למדע (ISF) על מחקרן בנושא השפעת השיח הפוליטי על מדיניות ישראל כלפי מבקשי מקלט.
