Hadassah College opened their 2014 season with an exhibition in January called "Awaken Your Appetite", which included a solo exhibition by photographer Nelly Shaffer. A college graduate himself, he turned around the Israel food photography industry with his unique language and stunning aesthetics.

Nelly Shaffer's exhibition, "A Feast for the Eyes" displayed a selection of thousands of photographs related to food and food culture in Israel and around the world, taken by Shaffer during his prosperous career of over 30 years.
