"The Prom", a solo exhibition of Boaz Katz in the gallery of the Department of Photographic Communications at Hadassah College, Jerusalem. In Katz's work, 19^th century technology comes together with contemporary technology, illuminating the relation between three pretentions on which the work of photography is founded on: directness, depth, and meaning. The image created is the beginning of a recollection of an emotionally charged personal experience; however, since the multi-event space presents conflicting "stories" simultaneously, the photographic pathos is exposed and shattered, and the narrative of the image collapses along with it.

Boaz Katz, an artist and lecturer on photography, graduate of the department of photography and the Hadassah College in Jerusalem, and the Faculty of Arts at Beit Berl College, and the MFA program in the Department of Fine Arts at the University of Haifa.
