A new Exhibition: Neo Violent - Izabella Volovnik

The department of Photographic communication is pleased to host the young artist Izabella Volovnik, a student of the Beit Berl College for Art. Izabella is a fascinating, contemporary, complex artist who from the very beginning had a fascinating and unique language and creative energy, full of curiosity and completely fearless.

The project “Neo Violent” is a multi medium installation that contemplates the esthetics of violent images in the 21st century and the way they appear in culture, media and especially the internet. The way the exhibition is presented creates a type of viral medium, moving, that changes its connection in every presentation. Izabella is very precise in caring for her projects, which normally come from twisted and tangled sources on the internet, and are made into iconic images.
