Ms. Mor Schwarzberg, a student at Hadassah Academic College's department of Inclusive Industrial Design has created a new instrument by which the hearing impaired can experience music and film.

The "ALTO" device translates voice waves to vibrations allowing those with hearing difficulties to feel and experience music, film, and concerts. Schwarzberg's invention was recently featured on Israel's primetime national television "Network Two".
