Students meet Knesset member Eitan Cabel

As part of the “meet the politicians” series, students from the Department of Politics and Communications meet with a number of politicians. Earlier this month, second and third-year students met with MK Eitan Cabel.

During the meeting, Knesset member, Cabel, described his political path that began in his youth. He shared his thoughts on the political, social and security situations in Israel, and answered questions from the students. The atmosphere in the classroom was positive and students were extremely satisfied with the outcome. 

Events like these provide another aspect of learning and enhance classroom lectures. The long-term plan is to arrange more meetings with professionals, not just in the Department of Politics and Communications, but in other departments as well.
