An air monitoring station has been situated on college campus by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The air monitoring station is a small structure, in which instruments for measuring the concentration of air pollutants are installed. The station placed is designed to measure traffic pollutants. It is placed at the height of the road, and displays the concentrations of pollutants that pedestrians and drivers are exposed to on Hanevi'im Street.

The monitoring station continuously monitors primary pollutants characteristic of motor vehicle exhaust, mainly mono-nitrogen oxides (NOx) and fine breathable particles (PM2.5). The data is transferred in real time to the national air monitoring system (Hebrew: MANA).
