Verbal and physical violence against medical personnel is a widespread phenomenon in clinics and hospitals around the world, including Israel. The goal of the collaboration was to examine the relationship between design space and potential violence by patients. The students studied two clinics in Jerusalem - Maoz Clinic in the city center and Eir Ganim Clinic. The study focused on the relationship between design and planning clinics spaces and quality of service, atmosphere and customer experience. The projects resulted in suggestions relating to aspects such as accessibility of technology, service design, design spaces, colorful lighting.
