A pilot project began at the College this year, 'filmed classes', for two classes using the system 'ClassBoost.' The framework of the pilot project is for class lectures to be filmed and recorded. During the lecture, or while viewing it later on, students can take notes and write summaries using a dedicated application. After 24-48 hours, lectures will be available for viewing (for students who are registered in the course) online through a home computer, smartphone or tablet. The system films and records the lecturer, the blackboard and the presentation. The students can choose what to focus on when viewing the recording and skip between slides and sections of the lesson.

The system provides an additional tool in the learning process that allows them to view the lectures, or part of them, without limitations and without time pressure. Findings from the first semester show that many students were helped by the system during the period of exams.
