The ceremony took place in the presence of Jerusalem Deputy Mayor Chagit Moshe, , College Chairman of the Board David Brodet, College President Prof. Bertold Fridlander, and Dr. Yishai Frankel, a member of the planning and budgeting board of the Council for Higher Education. The College's all-student “Nevi’im” band provided entertainment for the 2000 alumni, friends, and family who attended the ceremony.
