At Jerusalem Interdisciplinary College, we celebrate excellence, innovation, and the diversity that makes Israeli society unique. This year, the President’s Excellence Program launched its eighth cohort, welcoming outstanding students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to making a difference.

The opening event featured two inspiring figures from different fields:
Dr. Julia Salah Nator, a pioneering Druze astrophysicist, who developed a groundbreaking device for detecting gamma-ray radiation in space.
Ami Dadon, a Paralympic swimming champion, who shared his journey of perseverance and determination, proving that commitment and resilience can break any barrier.

The event concluded with a special performance by musicians from the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, reinforcing the college’s dedication to academic excellence, innovation, and cultural enrichment.
