Tal is an associate in Lipa Meir's Environmental Protection, Cleantech and Clean Energy Department. 

Tal has extensive experience in the field of environmental protection and public health by virtue of being a lawyer and head of the Health and the Environment Department at Adam Teva V’Din (the Israel Union for Environmental Defense), including litigation and legislation, legal advice, and promoting environmental policy.

Tal also lectures on environmental regulation in Academic institutions.
