Goals

The aim of the program is to provide students with a solid academic knowledge base, as well as the professional and practical tools required to pass the accreditation exams of Israel’s CPA Council, and/or to enter the job market as professional economists, and to continue their professional development after graduation.

Program Description

The duration of the studies is 3½ years, including a short summer semester between the second and third years. Studies are held three days a week, with an additional study day during the first year for English and Hebrew language courses, depending on each student's proficiency level in these subjects.

Admissions Requirements

Admission requirements may vary from year to year. They are based on a weighted assessment of the matriculation (Bagrut) score and either the Psychometric or Til exam. A special admission track is available for candidates with a Bagrut score above 95, provided their Bagrut includes at least 9 study units in Mathematics and English.

All admitted students who have not studied Mathematics at the 5-unit level are required to attend a refresher workshop in Mathematics, which takes place one week before the start of the academic year.
