    Eli Goldstein is a lecturer at the School of Economics and at the Interdisciplinary Centre at the Ashkelon Academic College, Israel. Eli has a Ph.D. from Bar Ilan University (2006), specializing deregulation, economics, and the environment. His research interests focus on the impact of market deregulation on the environment and on the economy in general. He is also interested in the occupational and economic profile of Jewish life in the diaspora.

    Freddy's professional experience is in the field of software development, and he has performed a variety of roles, from software development in high-tech companies to development management in a variety of companies. He currently manages the products division of the Civil Service Commission and is the founder of the start-up company Paths.careers.

    He has extensive experience in algorithms development for the industry, mainly in optimization and constraint satisfaction problems, and experience in building machine-learning models.

    Freddy has a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in industrial management, and a doctorate in data science from the management department of Bar Ilan University. Currently studying for a master's degree in software engineering

    Dr. Ilya Birfer is a lecturer in Information Systems Management at the Hadassah Academic College and other institutions. In addition, he provides professional consulting services to leading organizations in the industry.

    With over 10 years of teaching experience and several publications in academic journals on topics related to information systems management, Dr. Birfer brings a wealth of expertise to his field.

    His academic interests revolve around information systems management, ERP systems, and information systems implementation.

    Dr. Birfer holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University (2003), a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from The Open University (2010), and a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management from Poznan University of Business and Economics (2020).
