Dr. Naamati-Schneider is a senior lecturer at the Health System Management Department at Jerusalem Multidisciplinary College. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Systems Management from Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2014), an M.Sc in Business and Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Business School, and a B.Sc. in Medical Sciences from Ein Kerem Medical School.
Research Areas
Dr. Naamati-Schneider's research primarily centers on health policy, healthcare management, strategic change, and adaptation processes across all levels of the healthcare system. She examines individual and organizational aspects, as well as broader system-wide considerations. Her interests extend to studying organizational and systemic change, workforce and leadership adaptation, digital transformation, and medical and management education. Her focus is on adapting to the changing needs and demands of the healthcare market. She has extensive experience in researching and developing innovative (technology-based) learning environments and methodologies aimed at nurturing students’ (cognitive, personal, and interpersonal) lifelong learning skills to enhance 21st-century skills.
