Alex Selsky has extensive experience in senior roles in public relations, spokespersonship, and public diplomacy in the Israeli public sector.
He served as the first emissary of the Jewish Agency for public diplomacy and Jewish education at universities in New York during the Second Intifada and the Disengagement Plan.
Subsequently, he served as Deputy Spokesperson for the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization, as Media Advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for Russian-language media, and as the Spokesperson for the National Economic Council in the Prime Minister's Office.
He has initiated and managed political and public diplomacy campaigns in Israel and around the world. He appears and publishes opinion articles in Israeli and international media on various topics, including security, politics, economics, society, international relations, and more.
He serves as a reservist briefing officer for the Home Front Command in Israeli media in Hebrew and Russian, with the rank of Major.
He graduated with honors from the Executive Master’s Program in Public Policy at the Hebrew University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing Communications and Human Resources Management from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Has been teaching in the Department of Politics and Communication at Hadassah Academic College since 2013.

Dr. Maayan Amir

An expert in the fields of music and music education, with extensive experience in teaching, educational project management, entrepreneurship, and research. She currently serves as the head of the music department in the Central District of the Ministry of Education, lectures in music education, and teaches music in elementary schools. Dr. Amir’s research focuses on the intersection of music, education, society, and community, with an emphasis on music as a tool for social change. She is an active participant in academic conferences and has published articles on music and educational philosophies.
Dr. Amir holds a Ph.D. in Music from Bar-Ilan University (2024), where she researched the challenges and perceptions of mixed Jewish and Arab musical performance ensembles in Israel. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree (with honors) in Music Education from Levinsky College of Education (2012), and two Bachelor's degrees in Music Education (2007) and Interdisciplinary Composition (2006) from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
Beyond her academic work, Dr. Amir has developed, managed, and led music education projects for various age groups across the country, including educational concert programs and community projects, with a focus on bridging different populations and fostering cooperation between sectors. Among the organizations she has worked with are the Rishon Lezion Symphony Orchestra, the Music Dialogue School at Bar-Ilan University, the "Voca Keva" association, and more.
Dr. Amir aims to continue advancing the field of music and music education in Israel and to promote access to music for all segments of Israeli society. -
Dr. Shay Attias

Dr. Shay Attias is CIC Research Fellow and a worldwide acknowledged expert for Diplomatic Studies & International Communications who coined in 2012 the notion of ""Peer-Peer-Diplomacy Network."" His pioneering research describes the latest developments in diplomatic practice and research, wherein civilians, by virtue of social media, are not only consumers of government information but also information producers, with the potential to bypass existing official government bodies. Dr. Attias's Ph.D. Dissertation (Awarded with distinction - International Relation - Bar-Ilan Univ.) was dedicated to exploring the changing nature of diplomacy as reflected in US's Public diplomacy during the global war on terror. Dr. Attias also serves as the Prime Investigator of the prestigious"" 2022 ״Erasmus Research Grant״ for the Hybrid Warfare"" global study task. As a former Senior Public Diplomat, Dr. Attias founded the first Agency for Public Diplomacy at the Prime Minister's Office of Israel. He carries vast practical experience in diplomacy, security, and global communication management. Today, he is a professor in various Israel's top Schools of Communication and Politics studies, where he teaches Public Diplomacy, Diplomatic Crisis Management, US Politics. His academic education and background include Harvard , USC's Annenberg School for Communication, and St. Antony's College - The University of Oxford (2022).
