  • Moshe Yeruham

    Attorney Moshe Yeruham holds an L.L.B., L.L.M degree and a doctoral student in law, a member of the Bar Association since 2005, a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association.

    Since 2006, Attorney Moshe Yeruham has been the manager of a boutique office, which represents trading companies, manufacturing companies in the fields of industry, real estate companies, start-up companies, businessmen, entrepreneurs and private clients from Israel and abroad.

    Moshe represents companies as a permanent legal advisor in a wide variety of legalלל fields, and acts as a mediator and arbitrator in legal and business disputes, as well as acts as a business advisor to businesses at the beginning of their journey and businesses in difficulties.

    In the past, Moshe served as the CEO and director of a leading import and marketing company in the electrical and electronics industry. As part of his work as CEO, he dealt with banks, customers and suppliers from the largest in the Israeli economy. Also, as part of his work, he supervised and managed the flow of the company, the staff, the company's marketing and sales system, and led the company to success and extremely impressive financial and image achievements in the Israeli market, including sales on the websites.

    Moshe has been a member of the team of lecturers in the management department at the college since 2014, lecturing on various legal topics at the Prophets Campus and the Strauss Campus as well as lecturing at internal organizational lectures for corporate managers and their employees.

    Orni has extensive experience as a lecturer, group facilitator, coach, mentor for entrepreneurs and managers, and as a career consultant. She has lectured and trained employees and students in a variety of academic and organizational institutions such as, Mati, the Achva Academic College, the Israel Authority for Prevention of Violence, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, the vocational training centers of the Israeli Ministry of Labor and the College of Management Academic Studies. She also works as a consultant in certain Jewish schools in the United States.

    Central to Orni’s professional work is the focus on empowering and developing tools for advancing the desired individual and organizations’ goals by raising self-awareness, defining personal and organizational vision, creating an action plan, identifying barriers and doubts, and overcoming them.

    Orni, specialized in distance learning utilizing the “NOGA” approach, a unique methodology which she developed and introduced at the 2018 Meital’s conference. “NOGA” enables students to pursue the courses requirements at their own place and time while engaging in intensive dialogue with the lecturer and other students in the course. 

    Orni holds a PhD in Management from the Poznan University of Economics (2016), a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the San Jose State University (1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel (Cume Laude -1986).

    Ms. Ravit Cohen Shiner is a licensed attorney under Israeli law (2005). She holds a BA in Law from the L.LB Law Faculty (2004), and an M.Sc. in Law from the Department of Conflict Management and Resolution at Bar Ilan University (2007).

    Adv. Shiner owns and runs a law firm in the heart of Tel Aviv's business district specializing in commercial matters, including contracts, copyrights, trademarks, defamation, and immovable property.

    Ravit has extensive academic and teaching experience. She is a senior lecturer, and guides groups in courses, workshops, training, and programs in all aspects of Israeli law.

    Ravit joined our team in 2014, and lectures in the Department of Organizational Service Management. She has taught a wide variety of courses, such as introductory law, business law, labor law, health law, and medical ethics and negotiation and mediation tactics.

    Since 2015, Ravit has been a lecturer on the Strauss Women's Campus - the Department of Management.
