  • Rinat Burg

    Rinat Burg (M.A)

    Teacher

    Rinat Burg is a business consultant, mentor, lecturer, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and business consulting. She holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration with thesis,  with distinction from the College of Management. Currently, Rinat is a Ph.D. candidate at Ariel University in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in entrepreneurship.

    Rinat's professional career includes senior management positions in leading companies in Israel. She served as Marketing Manager at L'Oréal Israel (1996-2003) and at Carmel Winery (2003-2005). From 2006 to 2014, she was a partner and consultant at Tal Burg Strategic and Marketing Consulting.

    Since 2014, Rinat has been working independently, guiding a wide range of business owners, entrepreneurs, and freelancers through all stages of the business lifecycle. She specializes in strategic and marketing consulting, business development, and facilitating courses and workshops.

    Rinat is the author of two books: "On Powers and Customers" and "From My Skin to My Light." She is developing a theory of authentic entrepreneurial presence and researching its impact on business success and mental well-being. Additionally, she has developed a self-leadership coaching method to enhance self-efficacy, empathetic thinking, and performance.

    Until 2016 - working at the Israel Post as an instructor and SAP implementer. In 2016 I started my work as a lecturer in the financial models in SAP at Lev Academic Center  until today. From 2016 to 2020 I worked as an implementer at the Migdal insurance company in the logistics modules in SAP. In 2020 I worked in the Israel Police as an implementer of PM and MM procurement and maintenance models and from 2023 I worked in the IDF as an implementer of the logistics modules

    Tali Nathan Malinoff is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Public Policy and Management of the Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University in Israel. Her work deals with the intersection of urban management strategy, public service marketing, innovation, a healthy lifestyle and behavioral economics. Her objective is mapping the actions that define the local authority's policy of encouraging a healthy lifestyle and assessing its success in tailoring its messages to various groups.
    Since 2020, she has been a lecturer in the Department of Management and Public Policy at Ben Gurion University. She teaches a course entitled Innovation in Local Government and is a teaching assistant for several courses including Public Management, Management and Policy in Local Government, Values-Based Leadership, and Leadership and Management.
    Tali is a Graduate of the Cadets for Local Government program of the Israeli Ministry of the Interior and the Atidim Association for local government positions. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a consultant to the CEO of a municipality in Israel. This experience motivated her to investigate the issue, with the aim of promoting the well-being of society and reducing disparities, especially in the peripheral areas of the country.
